Change starts now
Things most people are never told.
But should be.
How the world really works, what humans actually are, and how to build a life that makes sense. In plain English, from someone who rebuilt his own life at 34 using exactly these ideas.
Three things you were probably never taught

Why the modern world works the way it does
Wars, empires, borders, money and power. The last 250 years explain almost everything on the news tonight.

What humans actually are
Evolution, the brain, the ego, attachment and biases. Why you feel, think and love the way you do.

Why work and life feel disconnected
Purpose, careers, money, habits and health. Turning what you understand into a life that fits you.

Who’s writing this?
Nobody taught me how life works.
So at 30, I went to figure it out.
I trained as an architect and watched how politics and business really shape the world. A wake-up call at 20 should have changed everything, but I spent the next decade on autopilot, doing what I was supposed to do.
At 30, I packed up and moved, alone, to one of the most multicultural cities in the world. Living among people from every culture blew my assumptions apart, and I got curious again, like a kid.
Four years later I changed careers completely, learnt a new craft in a year, and reached the top of my new field eighteen months later.
Not through talent or luck. Through a handful of ideas nobody had ever explained to me.

Books & audiobooks
I couldn’t sit through a book. Then I found a superpower.
I always struggled to sit down and get through a whole book. Then I discovered audiobooks, and everything changed. A book is a download of another person’s best thinking: the more of them you take in, the more supercharged your mind becomes. We’re no longer people of one mind. We can become many. These are the books that rewired how I see the world, broken down into ideas you can actually use.
