Who we are
Learn How to Life (learnhowtolife.com) is a personal website written under the pen name Nico Marlow. You can contact us at hello@learnhowtolife.com.
What we collect
Email sign-ups: if you join the list (for example to get the free 10 points), we collect your email address and, if you give it, your name. We use it only to send you the emails you asked for and occasional updates about the site and its products.
Contact form: if you send a message, we collect your name, email address and message so we can reply.
Technical data: like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the site to work (for example caching and, if you buy something, the shopping cart). If we add analytics or advertising later, we’ll update this page and ask for consent where required.
Affiliate links
Some links to books and audiobooks are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. The retailer (for example Amazon or Audible) may set its own cookies; their privacy policies apply.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We only share it with the services that run the site: our web host (Hostinger) and our email service, which process it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe (every email has an unsubscribe link). Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to reply.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Just email hello@learnhowtolife.com. If you’re in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
